This series is designed to have you question your unsupportive stories. It is a perfect time to look at how you view yourself, and make dramatic shifts in your self-confidence!
This workshop is for those who are ready to leave the pain of the past in the dirt. You will be required to dig deep and look within. Together as a group, and with the aid of horses, we will let go of self-judging ways.
This workshop is for you if:
- You judge your looks
- You judge your body
- You are you own worst critic
- You constantly compare yourself to others
- You are ready for a dramatic change in the way you view yourself
